（中央社記者卞金峰、魯鋼駿、管瑞平桃園機場3日電）行政院副院長林錫耀上午到桃機視察淹水情況，他表示，初步了解為機場內部一條排水幹道溢流造成，將釐清是否為設計問題或管理維護不足。

林錫耀表示，今天重點主要瞭解災害原因及如何徹底改善，更希望桃園機場盡快恢復正常運作，確保旅客出、入境權益，並依院長指示，對這次災害的原因追究責任，並要求桃園機場徹底改善缺點。

林錫耀表示，勘查後，認為此次桃機淹水和埔心溪溢堤無關，初步瞭解為機場內部一條排水幹道溢流所造成，但還需由專案小組深入調查，確認是設計問題或管理維護不足，並提供短期改善建議，會再進一步的判斷與說明，並追究相關責任。1050603
